Achillea 'Paprika'

Huge, plate-like flowerheads of bright scarlet, fading paler with age on tall, stiff stems create a pretty two-tone effect mid-border.

This pretty Achillea is long-blooming (from June to September) and cutting spent flower heads down to ground level will encourage even more flowers.

Attractive grey-green, fern-like foliage is aromatic (as are the flowers).

Flowers are self-supporting and well-suited to windy and exposed sites.

Drought tolerant, fully hardy and extremely easy to grow.

Would prefer a well-drained site in some sun.

Ideal for planting amongst grasses in a prairie-style planting scheme and excellent for adding soft colour to the late summer border.

Attracts butterflies.
