Agrimonia eupatoria

Bright yellow flowers are produced on long, slender spikes from June - September on this graceful, hardy perennial.

Perfect for naturalising under trees or in a meadow, the erect nature of this plant makes it equally suitable for the border.

The favourite food of several 'Skipper' butterflies.

Used by ancient Britons as an antiseptic and general tonic, why not try infusing the flowers in boiling water and use as a gargle to treat throat infections!
